Mining & Resources

RJ Engineering has deep, proven experience delivering SMP works at Olympic Dam, spanning copper and uranium processing infrastructure. Our project history includes work within the Tailings Disposal Area, the Electrowinning circuit, and the acid plant, giving us first-hand familiarity with the specific battery limits, isolation requirements and operational rhythms of one of the country’s most complex processing sites. We have deep familiarity with Olympic Dam and BHP specifications, including BHP Engineering Standards and BHP Asset Integrity Surface Engineering packages.

Heavy Industrial Processing

Our integrated workshop and site model is built for the demanding, corrosive and high-wear conditions of mineral processing operations — from acid plants handling Class 77 sulphuric acid service through to tailings systems and evaporation pond infrastructure. The same QA/QC discipline, weld traceability and documentation standards apply whether the scope sits in a workshop bay or inside a live processing circuit.
